Refund & Return Policy – IceSlush
At IceSlush, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return request
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
After contacting us, we will personally provide the full return and refund process instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@iceslush.shop so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items damaged through misuse
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
